The Process

​

With ArtyINFO you can purchase existing items from the catalogue, or ask us to create something specific, which will then be added to the catalogue for others to buy.

Note: Once your PDFs are in your Dropbox folder you MUST export them to your own computer as they will only be available for 30 days. If you lose your files at some point in the future, or they become damaged please let us know, giving us your customer number. We will resend them at no extra cost.

Selecting existing items

First have a look at the catalogue and decide which items suit your requirements then follow the steps below:

1. Contact us using the contact form or email info@artyinfo.co.uk listing which downloads you would like to buy. Make sure you include the reference number that you will see alongside the item in the catalogue.
    

2. We will send you a quote for the items you are wanting to purchase. This will include any multi item discount that applies: this is normally 10% of the total cost when you buy three or more items together.
    

3. If you are happy with the quote, we will send you our Terms and Conditions which you must agree to before anything can be processed.
    

4. Once we have received this we will create a Dropbox area in your name and send you the link to it. This will be a space where you can upload your logo, if applicable, and we can pass you proofs and downloads.
    

5. The next step depends on what you are buying:
    

• For  un-branded items simply submit your payment and, once this is received, the relevant digital files will be loaded into your Dropbox area for you to download.
   

• For branded Information boards and Activity sheets, upload a high quality .jpeg or .png of your logo into your Dropbox folder. We will add the logo plus social media handle/URL and send you a proof. If you are happy with this then we will upload your files to your Dropbox area as soon as we receive your payment.

 

Requesting new items

If you can't see what you need in the catalogue then you can make a request for the item that you need. If we feel that this is an item that would be a good addition to our catalogue we will work with you to design it then offer it for general sale. In this way, you only pay the catalogue price rather than the usual cost of bespoke design work. To request a new item:

1. Contact us using the contact form or email info@artyinfo.co.uk outlining what subject you would like us to cover, for Information boards, or what behaviour you want to warn against, for Warning signs. For modular Warning signs you can also ask for a specific animal/bird if it isn't in the catalogue already.
    

2. We will contact you and discuss what you feel needs to be said by the item you are requesting.
    

3. There will be some 'to'ing and fro'ing' with the draft while we make sure that it reflects what you need to be said. We will also post this pencil draft onto our Facebook page for input from others. Once you are happy with the result we will create the finished article and send you the quote followed by our Terms and Conditions which you must agree to, before anything can be processed.
    

4. On your agreement we will upload your files to your Dropbox area as soon as we receive your payment.

Translation

We can supply items translated into other languages but all translation must be supplied by the requester and must reflect the original text as closely as possible.
 

Warning signs are quite straight-forward as the text is minimal. With Information boards, a table is supplied that contains the English text in one column, with an adjacent empty column where the corresponding translation can be added by the requester.
 

Once we receive the translated text we will add it to the Information board in the relevant places. You will also receive the English version of the Information Board along with the translated version.

Note: If you are supplying translated text you are totally responsible for the accuracy and grammar of that text. ArtyINFO cannot be held responsible if text you have supplied is not correct or acceptable.
