• This agreement is between (you) and Deborah Jane Slater (DJS) trading as ArtyInfo

• DJS is the author of the works titled:

 

DJS retains all Intellectual Property in the work.

• This agreement provides you with a licence to use the work only in accordance with the terms and conditions herein.

• You will pay to DJS the sum of

• You will receive a digital image files in Adobe PDF format containing digital copies of the work in various sizes and formats.

• You may make or print or cause to be made or printed copies of the work for purposes including:

  • Display on your premises or at events that you attend or organise.

  • Providing to customers attending your premises or events that you organise or attend in the capacity of a service provider.

  • Incorporation in items promoting your premises, events, or services.

  • Inclusion in activity packs or party bags provided by your business only.

• You will not make or print or cause to be made or printed copies of the work or parts of the work for:

  • Use by any parties for display on premises other than yours.

  • Inclusion in any book, pamphlet, or other publication that will be sold for profit.

• You will not provide the work or any copy thereof to anyone who is not a customer attending your premises or an event that you organise or attend in the capacity of a service provider.

• You will not alter or adapt the work and will not remove any copyright or attribution included in the work.

• You are solely responsible for any translated text (from English) that has been sent to be included on the ordered artwork. It is your responsibility to ensure this text is accurate and conveys the correct message. ArtyINFO is not responsible for checking spelling, grammar or content of any text in any language other than English.

 

By signing this document you agree to be bound by the conditions herein. Written confirmation by return email of reading and agreeing to all terms above will also be accepted.
