Do you supply ready-made boards and signs?

Yes we can do. We are looking into supplying Information boards as posters and also printed on foam board for exterior signs. More information and prices will be available as soon as we have finalised this process.

How do I order an ArtyINFO item?

The process of buying an ArtyINFO Board, Sign or Activity Sheet is described on the The Process page.

What if the subject I need is not there?

You can make a request for any subject for a Warning Sign, Information Board or Activity Sheet that is not shown in the catalogue. You can find out how to do this on The Process page. Don't forget, you will still be able to buy the new item at the same price that you would pay for an existing subject, as it will then be available to everyone.

What happens if I lose my digital files?

Email us with your customer number and we will add a new set of your PDFs to your Dropbox folder then send you the link. There will be no charge for this.

Can you send me a CD containing my files

We can copy your files onto a CD and post it to you but there will be of course be extra cost to cover the copying and postage.

Can I sell my printouts from the digital file to customers?

Not directly but you can include them in something a customer pays for, such as a party bag or information pack.

Can I make changes to the artwork?

No. Any changes made to the content of the artwork will contravene our Terms and Conditions.

 

 

What if I need a signage or worksheets in a different language?

We can provide signs in a different language provided you follow the procedure for translation outlined on The Process page.
